A day off!

Has been a pretty busy day off actually. I have done heaps of things today! Heaps of training and exercise!

Went to the dentist in the morning, just for a yearly check.  Havent been there in two years now, so had to look it over. But everything was fine, what a relief. Its so expensive to go there, so happy I didnt have any truble.

Met up my dear friend Lina and went to our old highschool to visit our wonderful floristteacher. Shes the best! And she was really happy to see me. Havent met her since the days before I went to Australia, so nice to have a chat today. Actually, she booked me in for some lectures at the school, about working in an other country. Will be fun! Just have to plan it a bit, it has to be good. And I have soooo much I want to talk about, and heaps of photos to show. Really have to organise everything and make it intresting. Looking forward to it! Will be there 3 times and talk to different classes.

In the early afternoon I went to the gym with Sara. Today we got a trainer to show us a good trainingprogramme for us. At first we watched him doing everything, and then we did the wohle plan ourselves. Sara had to go earlier, so I stayed and did it a second time. And some extra exersice as well. Oh, forgot to tell you! I bought a very nice pair of indoor shoes today for my training. Im so happy! And theyre looking good :)

Right after the gym, I went for a halfen hour walk with Anna. Havent spent time with her for ages... Or at least i feels like that. So we walked and just talked about everything.

To end up the day, I took a ride on my bike and went for some foodshopping.

Drinking a cup of green tea at the moment, trying to relax a bit. My body is a bit sore since yesterday, and i guess it will be worse til tomorrow. I like it thogh, feels like I have done something good :)

Bosu tomorrow! Really looking forward to it! It was so much fun the last time we tried it.
